Passport details go ahead, Border Force meets you in the terminal, and the rest of the stay is arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
UK Border Force clears private arrivals inside the FBO, usually in minutes. Passport details go to the handler in advance; most nationalities need an ETA or visa, which we confirm when we book.
Dogs and cats fly in the cabin. Entering the UK, a pet needs a microchip, rabies vaccination and a health certificate, and must arrive at an approved airport; we arrange the paperwork with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Farnborough or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.

From anywhere in Europe, usually yes: a light jet from Paris, Geneva or Nice can often depart within a few hours. From New York or Dubai, twenty-four hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times, though we have done it faster.
About 1 hour from Paris, about 1 hour 30 from Geneva, about 2 hours from Nice, about 6 hours 45 from New York, about 7 and a quarter hours from Dubai, and about 10 hours from Los Angeles. Eastbound transatlantic flights are shorter than the return because of the jet stream.
Most nationalities need an Electronic Travel Authorisation or a visa to enter the UK. Passport details go to the handler in advance and UK Border Force clears you inside the private terminal, usually in minutes. We confirm what you need when we book.
Royal Ascot and the summer season in June, Wimbledon in late June and July, the Farnborough Airshow week in even years when Farnborough closes to most business traffic, Frieze in October, and the fortnight before Christmas. On those dates Farnborough's parking goes first and we hold Luton or Biggin Hill as the fallback.
