Private aviation and concierge for personal and executive assistants

From private flights and hotel bookings to villas, event visits and hard-to-find items, bring your principal’s brief to The 0.1% Group.

What can we help you arrange?

Four kinds of request, often in one brief: the flight, the stay, an item to find and an event to attend. Each has a short checklist below of what to send and what we confirm before anything is booked.

Tell us what you need

What to send for each service, and what is confirmed before you or your principal commit. Send what you have; the rest can follow.

Private jet charter and helicopter transfers

A private jet for one leg or several, with helicopter transfers at either end where they help. We charter the aircraft from operators and match it to the trip; we do not own a fleet.

What to send

  • The route, with dates and local times
  • How many passengers
  • One way, return or several legs
  • The luggage, and anything unusual: skis, golf bags, a pet
  • Preferred airports or cabin, if any
  • How flexible the timings are
  • A budget and currency, if there is one

Confirmed before you commit

Before an aircraft is offered, the luggage, the airports and the timings are checked with the operator, and the cabin is matched to the passengers. The options show each aircraft and its price; the booking is confirmed once the contract is signed.

Travel, hotels and villas

The trip beyond the flight: hotels, villas and private islands, with the cars and helicopter transfers between them.

What to send

  • The destination
  • Dates, and how flexible they are
  • The size of the party and the rooms needed
  • Hotel or villa, and what matters in it
  • A budget and currency
  • Anything else on the itinerary

Confirmed before you commit

Each option sets out what is included and the supplier’s own availability and cancellation terms. On arrival, the drivers and the villa or hotel are coordinated with the landing.

Sourcing watches, handbags and hard-to-find items

Watches, handbags, jewellery and other pieces that are hard to buy from a boutique, sourced to your principal’s brief.

What to send

  • The brand and reference, or a description
  • The preferred condition
  • Size or specification
  • A budget and currency
  • The deadline and the delivery country

Confirmed before you commit

Before a purchase is agreed, the price, availability, provenance and authentication information, and the delivery terms are confirmed. Not every item can be found.

Events and experiences

Formula 1, major sports and concerts: tickets or hospitality, with the flights, cars and stays around the event.

What to send

  • The event and the date
  • How many guests
  • The ticket or hospitality preferred
  • A budget and currency
  • Any flights, cars or stays needed

Confirmed before you commit

Before you commit, the actual ticket or package, the seller’s terms, what is included, availability, cancellation and how the tickets are delivered are confirmed. Access depends on what is on sale.

Several at once? Choose “A combined request” in the form and explain the whole plan in one brief. The same contact handles every part.

From brief to arrangements

Three steps, with one contact throughout. You can enquire before every detail is settled.

01

Share the brief

Send what you know, even if the dates or airports are still open: by WhatsApp, email or the form below. Passport and payment details are not needed at this stage.

02

Review the options

For a flight, each option is an aircraft with its price, checked with the operator for the luggage, the airports and the timings. Stays, items and events come with the supplier’s terms.

03

Confirm the arrangements

When the person paying approves an option, the contract follows and the booking is confirmed. Catering is agreed a few days ahead, and the drivers and arrivals are timed around the flight.

Tell us early who can approve costs: you, your principal or whoever pays. A change after confirmation follows the operator’s or supplier’s terms, which come with the option.

James Ison

Founder, The 0.1% Group

James started selling at sixteen and has spent more than a decade inside high net worth networks, building the supplier relationships the group works through today.

Requests from assistants come to him and his team. You explain the whole request once, and the same contact stays with it from the first message to the trip.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enquire on behalf of a principal?

Yes. Tell us what the request is and who will approve the costs. The principal’s name and documents are not needed for a first enquiry.

Can one request include flights, stays and events?

Yes. Send the whole plan once: the flight, the hotel or villa, the cars and the event. The same contact arranges each part and keeps them in step.

What if plans change?

Tell us as soon as they do. Until an option is confirmed, it is simply revised. After confirmation, changes and cancellations follow the operator’s or supplier’s terms, which are set out with the option.

What information do you need?

Your name, how to reply and what the request is. For a flight, the route, the dates and the number of passengers help most. Dates and airports do not need to be fixed, and the budget, luggage and other details can follow.

Is membership required?

No membership is needed to ask about a request. Clients who arrange a great deal through us can hold an annual membership with funds on account; we explain it if it would suit your principal.

How are passenger details supplied later?

Once an option is confirmed, we tell you which details the operator or supplier needs, such as passport information for the passenger list, and how to send them. Please do not put them in the enquiry form.

What would you like arranged?

Tell us what you know so far; dates and details can follow. We reply with options, and nothing is booked until the person paying approves one.
