What business jet charter costs
The price is for the aircraft, not the seat: the hourly rate for the cabin, multiplied by the flying time, plus positioning and the airport charges at each stop. So the cost per head falls as the team grows. A light jet from Chicago to New York starts at $10,500 one way, about $1,750 a seat with 6 aboard.
A same-day return with the aircraft waiting is priced well below two one-way flights, and a regular trip can be quoted as a series. Every quote is the whole trip in one figure, in writing.

How does the company pay?
By bank transfer in any major currency, or in cryptocurrency, usually in full before the flight against a signed contract. The contract and invoice can be issued to the company.
