Barajas has a dedicated executive terminal with its own FBOs, customs on site and parking for everything up to a VIP airliner, twenty to thirty minutes from the Salamanca district and the Castellana. Torrejón, to the east, takes business jets when Barajas is slot-constrained; Cuatro Vientos serves light aircraft on the south-west of the city in daylight. We choose the airport around your day and the aircraft around the party, then file the slot early on the nights the Bernabéu fills the terminal.

Passport details go ahead, border control is cleared in the executive terminal in minutes, and the car, the table and the box at the Bernabéu are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Schengen border control and customs are cleared inside the executive terminal at Barajas, usually in minutes. Most nationalities need a visa or, from 2026, an ETIAS authorisation; we confirm when we book.
Pets travel in the cabin. Entering Spain, a dog or cat needs a microchip, rabies vaccination and an EU health certificate or pet passport; we arrange the paperwork with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

From anywhere in Europe, usually yes: a light jet from Ibiza, Paris, Geneva or London can often depart within a few hours. From New York or Dubai, twenty-four hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times, though we have done it faster.

Real Madrid's Champions League nights from September to May, Fitur in January, ARCO in February or March, the Spanish Grand Prix weekend at the new circuit beside IFEMA from September 2026, and the fortnight from Christmas to Three Kings. On those dates the executive terminal's parking goes first and we hold Torrejón as the fallback.
