Florida's private traffic lands in three places. Opa-locka, Miami International and Fort Lauderdale serve Miami, South Beach and the Gold Coast, and Miami has its own page with the detail. Palm Beach International is ten minutes from Worth Avenue and takes everything up to a VIP airliner, with Boca Raton and Stuart for the coast either side. On the Gulf, Naples Municipal is ten minutes from Port Royal and Fort Myers adds customs and the largest cabins; we choose the airport around where you are staying and hold the slot on the winter weekends that fill the state.

Light jets from the North East fly non-stop to any Florida airport; a midsize cabin adds about $3,000 and a stand-up cabin for a family with luggage from about $22,000. Miami's season runs from November to April, and its biggest weeks fill Opa-locka's ramp days ahead.
Passport details go to the handler before you land, the car is on the ramp at whichever airport suits the house, and the boat, the villa or the table are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
International arrivals clear US Customs and Border Protection at the FBO at Opa-locka, Miami International or Fort Lauderdale, usually in minutes. ESTA or a visa is required for most nationalities.
Pets travel in the cabin. Entering the US, a dog needs a microchip, a CDC import form and a rabies vaccination record from most countries; we arrange the paperwork with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Miami-Opa locka Executive or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.

Palm Beach International for the island, Wellington and Jupiter, with Boca Raton and Stuart either side. From the East Coast, usually yes: a light jet from New York, Washington or Boston can often depart within a few hours, and aircraft are based at Opa-locka, Palm Beach and Naples for the return. From London, twenty-four hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times and customs notice, though we have done it faster.

Art Basel Miami Beach in early December, the fortnight from Christmas to New Year across the whole state, Presidents' Day weekend in February, the boat shows in Miami and Palm Beach, and the Miami Grand Prix in May. On those dates parking goes a fortnight out at Opa-locka, Palm Beach and Naples, so we book the slot with the flight and hold Fort Lauderdale or Fort Myers as the fallback.
