Love Field is the default, ten minutes from Uptown and Highland Park with four private terminal operators, customs on the field and no curfew. Addison is closer for Plano, Frisco and the corporate campuses of the north; DFW takes VIP airliners. We choose the airport around the meeting or the house and the aircraft around the party, then hold Love Field parking on the game weekends that fill the ramp.

Dallas is a business city first, so its peaks follow the corporate calendar and the big games.
Passport details go to the handler before you land, the car is on the ramp at Love Field, and the suite, the table or the box at the stadium are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Love Field, Addison, DFW, Meacham and Alliance all have customs on the field. At Love Field the officers work in their own building, not at the FBO, clear up to ten people per flight and need notice by 4.30 pm for an evening or weekend arrival. ESTA or a visa is required for most nationalities.
Pets travel in the cabin. On a domestic flight no paperwork beyond standard identification is needed; from abroad, a dog needs a microchip, a CDC import form and a rabies record.

Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft start at about $5,000 from Austin in a light jet, about $5,500 from Houston, about $13,500 from Las Vegas, about $18,500 from New York, and about $115,000 from London in a heavy jet non-stop. Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.
Love Field for Uptown, Highland Park and downtown, ten to fifteen minutes away with customs on the field. Addison for North Dallas, Plano and Frisco. DFW for VIP airliners; Meacham and Alliance for Fort Worth. Each is described above with its drive time and handling agents.
From Texas and the South, usually yes: a light jet from Austin, Houston or Oklahoma City can often depart within the hour, and Love Field and Addison have aircraft based on the field for the return. From the coasts a same-day midsize jet is realistic before lunch; from London, twenty-four hours is the minimum because of crew duty times and customs notice.

The Texas versus Oklahoma weekend and the State Fair in October, Cowboys home Sundays through the autumn, the Byron Nelson and Colonial golf weeks in May, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and the fortnight before Christmas. On those dates Love Field's parking goes first, so we book the slot with the flight and hold Addison or DFW as the fallback.
