Dallas to Scottsdale: the airport is the easy part
Dallas to Scottsdale is 873 miles, about two hours and a quarter from Love Field or Addison. Arizona does not change its clocks, so Scottsdale is two hours behind Dallas in summer and one hour behind from November to mid-March: a 9 am departure in February lands a little after 10 local time.
Scottsdale Airport is the usual arrival: nine miles north of Old Town and closer still to Paradise Valley, with Atlantic, Jet Aviation and Signature on the field. It has limits a large cabin has to respect. Aircraft over 75,000 lb need the airport's permission, those over 100,000 lb or with a wingspan over 100 ft may not land, and a voluntary curfew runs from 10 pm to 6 am.
So a light jet, a super-midsize or a heavy jet such as the Legacy 650 lands at Scottsdale, a Gulfstream G650 lands there with permission, and a G700 or a Global 7500 goes to Phoenix Sky Harbor, seven miles west of downtown Scottsdale.
