  • GMT-Master II. Bezel colour, bracelet and metal identify the watch more precisely than a nickname does.
  • Datejust and Day-Date. Size, metal, dial, bezel and bracelet combinations run into the hundreds; the reference number and dial code settle it. The 126334 with the green dial is a good example of how specific a Datejust brief gets.

Give us the reference where you know it. Where you do not, a collection, a dial colour and a metal are enough to begin, and we narrow it with you.

Define the watch before the payment

The transfer method does not reduce the need to identify the watch. State the reference, case material, dial, bracelet, an acceptable year range, and whether an unworn example or a full set matters. Say what you will not accept: refinished cases, replacement parts, aftermarket components.

When we propose a watch, its condition, originality, service history where known, and what accompanies it are set out in writing for that individual piece. Papers, warranty card, box, tags, spare links and service records are separate items; their presence is confirmed for the watch, not assumed from the reference.

Second, keep verification and settlement separate in your mind. A blockchain transaction proves that a payment was made. It does not prove the watch is authentic, that its description is accurate, or that it comes with what was promised. Those questions are answered by the written itemisation of the individual piece, before you pay.

London, and everywhere else

We are based in London and arrange purchases for clients wherever they are. Collection in person, or fully insured, signature-only delivery, is agreed for the watch and the destination, along with any import responsibilities. If you are travelling, say so; timing can sometimes be arranged around it.
