Haneda is twenty minutes from Marunouchi, Roppongi and Ginza and has its own business-jet terminal, but it rations slots for private flights and caps overnight parking, so the request goes in as soon as the dates are known. Narita is an hour further out with easier slots, full customs and room to park the aircraft for the stay. We ask for Haneda first, hold Narita in parallel, and tell you which one you have before you commit to the flight.

A heavy jet from London refuels once, usually in the Gulf or Central Asia, adding about two hours; the Gulfstream G650 or Global 7500 flies it non-stop in about twelve hours from about $195,000. From New York an ultra-long-range jet stops once in Anchorage; the non-stop Global 7500 is quoted on request. Haneda's parking cap means the aircraft may reposition to Narita between legs, which is included in the quote.

Tokyo's private airports are slot-controlled all year, and on these dates Haneda's business-jet slots are allocated a month or more ahead.
Passenger and crew details go to Japanese immigration ahead of the flight, the car waits at the business-jet terminal door, and the hotel, the restaurant counter and the driver are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Immigration and customs are cleared in the business-jet terminal at Haneda or Narita. Most nationalities enter visa-free for up to ninety days; passport and crew details go to the authorities in advance, so we ask for them early.
Japan has strict animal quarantine rules. A dog or cat needs a microchip, two rabies vaccinations, a blood test and advance notification at least forty days before arrival; without it, quarantine applies. Tell us early.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Tokyo Haneda or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft start at about $14,000 from Seoul in a midsize jet, about $32,000 from Hong Kong in a super-midsize jet, about $58,000 from Singapore in a heavy jet, about $150,000 from London in a heavy jet with one stop, and about $165,000 from New York in an ultra-long-range jet with one stop. Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.
Haneda if the slot is available: twenty to thirty minutes from Marunouchi, Roppongi and Ginza, with a dedicated business-jet terminal. Narita for longer stays, overnight parking, the largest cabins and any date when Haneda is full; it is sixty to ninety minutes from the centre. Each is described above with its drive time and handling.
From Seoul, Hong Kong or Singapore, a flight within twenty-four hours is realistic into Narita; Haneda slots are usually requested days or weeks ahead. From London or the US, forty-eight hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times, overflight permits and Japanese immigration notice, though we have done it faster.
About 2 hours 15 from Seoul, about 4 hours 15 from Hong Kong, about 7 hours from Singapore, about 11 and a half hours from Los Angeles non-stop, about 12 hours from London, and about 13 and a half hours from New York with one stop. Westbound legs from the US are longer than the return because of the jet stream.
