Seletar is the default, the business airport in the north of the island with three handling agents and immigration cleared in the FBO. It keeps limited hours overnight, so a late arrival from Europe or the Gulf lands at Changi and clears through the JetQuay terminal, twenty minutes from Marina Bay. Non-stop from London or Dubai means an ultra-long-range cabin; a heavy jet stops once. We choose the airport around your arrival time and hold the slot on Grand Prix weekend, when Seletar's parking is allocated.

A heavy jet from Dubai stops once, adding about an hour; from London a heavy jet stops once in the Gulf, about 14 and a half hours from about $155,000. Singapore's airports run smoothly for most of the year. One weekend in September and one week in February are the exceptions, and the hotels go before the aircraft do.
Passport details and the arrival card go ahead, immigration is cleared in the FBO, and the car, the suite and the table are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Immigration and customs are cleared in the FBO at Seletar or the JetQuay terminal at Changi in a few minutes. Most nationalities enter visa-free for thirty to ninety days; an SG Arrival Card is submitted before landing, and we file it with the handler.
Singapore has strict animal import rules. A dog or cat needs an import licence, microchip, rabies vaccination and a health certificate in advance, and dogs from some countries face quarantine on arrival. Tell us early and we arrange it with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Seletar or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

From Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta or Hong Kong, usually yes: a light or midsize jet based at Seletar can often depart within a few hours. From London or Dubai, twenty-four hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times and the overflight permits, though we have done it faster.
