Geneva Cointrin has four private terminals with customs on both the Swiss and French sides, fifteen minutes from the lakefront and the private banks. It is the gateway to the western Alps as much as to the city: Courchevel, Verbier and Gstaad are within two hours by car or twenty to thirty minutes by helicopter from the ramp, and Sion or Chambéry bring the resorts closer in winter. The airport closes at 10 pm and winter Saturdays are slot-controlled, so we book the slot and the helicopter with the flight.

Send the dates, the party size and the resort or the hotel. We come back with aircraft options, the Saturday slot, the helicopter or car to the mountains and a written price, usually within the hour.
Geneva's peaks are the ski season and the watch fair, when its Saturday slots are allocated weeks ahead.
Passport details go ahead, Swiss customs clears you in the private terminal on whichever side suits your onward journey, and the helicopter to the mountains or the car to the lakefront is arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Swiss border control and customs are cleared inside the private terminal, on either the Swiss or the French side depending on your onward destination. Most nationalities enter visa-free or with a Schengen visa.
Pets travel in the cabin. Entering Switzerland, a dog or cat needs a microchip, rabies vaccination and an EU pet passport or health certificate; we arrange it with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Geneva Cointrin or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

It depends where you leave from. Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft start at about €5,500 from Milan in a light jet, about €7,000 from Paris, about €10,000 from London, about $43,000 from Dubai and about $52,000 from New York in a super-midsize jet with one stop. Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.

From anywhere in Europe, usually yes: a light jet from London, Paris, Nice or Milan can often depart within a few hours, as long as it lands before the airport closes at 10 pm. From New York or Dubai, twenty-four hours is the realistic minimum because of crew duty times, though we have done it faster.

Most nationalities enter visa-free or with a Schengen visa; we confirm what you need when we book and send passport details to the handler in advance.
Christmas and New Year in the Alps, when Saturday slots are allocated in October; the four February half-term weekends; Easter; Watches and Wonders in April, when the ramp fills with corporate aircraft; and the Montreux Jazz Festival in July. On those dates we book the slot with the flight and hold Sion or Chambéry as the fallback for the mountains.
