Ibiza has one airport, ten minutes from the town and the marina, with private terminals at the eastern end of the field and customs inside. From June to September arrivals, departures and overnight parking are slot-controlled and allocated weeks ahead; Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons go first, and in mid-August parking on the island is close to impossible. We file the slot with the flight, book the return with the outbound, and hold Palma or Valencia as the base the aircraft waits at, twenty-five to thirty-five minutes away.

In summer the aircraft usually drops you and repositions to Palma or Valencia for the night, which is quoted with the flight. From the US and the Gulf, a heavy jet flies non-stop to Ibiza; VIP airliners are better landed at Palma.

Ibiza's season runs from May to October, and the airport's summer slot programme decides who lands when. Slots and parking are allocated weeks ahead; the aircraft is rarely the problem.
Passport details go ahead, border control is cleared in the private terminal in minutes, and the car to the villa, the tender to the yacht and the table are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Schengen border control and customs are cleared inside the private terminal at Ibiza in minutes. Most nationalities need a visa or, from 2026, an ETIAS authorisation; we confirm when we book.
Pets travel in the cabin. Entering Spain, a dog or cat needs a microchip, rabies vaccination and an EU health certificate or pet passport; we arrange the paperwork with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Ibiza or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

In summer the aircraft's overnight repositioning to Palma or Valencia, parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.

Outside the summer, usually yes: a light jet from Barcelona, Madrid or Paris can often depart within a few hours. From June to September the slot is the constraint rather than the aircraft; a mid-week arrival is often possible at short notice, a Friday evening in August is not.

The summer slot programme runs from June to September, so on those dates we file the slot with the flight and hold Palma or Valencia as the fallback.
