The Las Vegas Grand Prix runs down the Strip at night from Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 November 2026, with the race at 8 pm on the Saturday. Harry Reid is ten minutes from the paddock. We book the aircraft, the race-week parking reservation and the Paddock Club as one itinerary.

The Las Vegas Strip Circuit is 6.2 kilometres of public road: down Las Vegas Boulevard past the Bellagio and Caesars Palace, along Koval Lane and round the Sphere, with the pit building and paddock on the east side of the Strip. Fifty laps under floodlights, on a Saturday night, in a city that already has the hotels, the restaurants and the stages to fill the three evenings around it.
That is also what makes it awkward. The roads that carry the race are the roads to your hotel, they close for each session, and every private airport in the valley runs a reservation programme for race week. Arriving well is a question of which airport, which hotel and which day, settled together and early.

Race-week pricing: aircraft based on the West Coast are the first to go, and the week of the race usually costs more than these figures. Book by the end of October for a choice of cabins and the airport you want.

Three airports take private jets into the Las Vegas valley. Harry Reid sits at the south end of the Strip, a few minutes from the paddock, and takes every size of aircraft. Henderson and North Las Vegas are further out and quieter, which counts for a lot in race week.
In 2024 and 2025 the FAA ran a parking reservation and slot programme for the whole race week at Harry Reid, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City: no reservation, no guaranteed landing or departure. We expect the same for 2026 and book the reservation with the aircraft.

Where you watch from decides the weekend. F1 Paddock Club access is the most asked-for ticket: the Paddock Club sits above the pit lane at the Grand Prix Plaza; suites and terraces line the Strip section; and the three evenings fill with dinners, concerts and parties that go on long after the chequered flag. We arrange the seats with the flight, not after it.

Race week usually costs more, and parking, handling and the slot reservation are quoted with your dates.
Harry Reid International, at the south end of the Strip, about ten to fifteen minutes by car from the circuit and the paddock. Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas are fifteen to twenty-five minutes out and are the quieter choice in race week, for light and midsize jets.
In 2024 and 2025 the FAA ran a parking reservation and slot programme for the whole race week at Harry Reid, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City, and a departure slot programme on the Sunday after the race. Aircraft without a reservation faced long delays or no service. We expect the same programme in 2026 and book the reservation with the aircraft.
