Providenciales International is the gateway, with a private terminal, customs and immigration on arrival and handling for cabins up to a Gulfstream, ten to twenty minutes from Grace Bay, Turtle Cove and Amanyara. The airport runs from early morning to late evening rather than around the clock, so a flight from London or Dallas is timed to land before it closes. South Caicos, a short hop east, takes light and midsize jets in daylight and saves the boat or air transfer for the resorts on that side.

Turks and Caicos has a short high season and a handful of weeks when Grace Bay's villas and the airport's parking are full.
Passport details go to the handler before you land, the car is at the private terminal, and the villa, the boat and the chef are arranged in the same conversation as the flight.
Customs and immigration are cleared on arrival at the private terminal. Most nationalities enter visa-free for up to ninety days; passport details go to the handler in advance.
Pets travel in the cabin. The islands require a veterinary health certificate and rabies vaccination, and an import permit applied for in advance; we arrange it with the handler.
A chauffeured car meets the aircraft on the ramp at Providenciales International or whichever airport you land at, and the driver knows the private terminal, not the commercial one.

Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft start at about $9,500 from Miami and about $10,000 from Palm Beach in a light jet, about $17,500 from New York in a light jet, about $21,000 from Boston and about $23,000 from Dallas in a midsize jet, and about $100,000 from London in a heavy jet with one stop. Repositioning, overnight parking and handling are quoted separately once we know your dates.
Providenciales International for Grace Bay, Turtle Cove, Amanyara and the villas on the west of the island, ten to twenty minutes away, and for any large cabin or a late arrival. South Caicos for the resorts on the eastern side, in a light or midsize jet in daylight. Each is described above with its drive time and handling agents.
From Florida, usually yes: a light jet from Miami or Palm Beach can often depart within a few hours and land before the airport closes for the night. From New York and Boston, twenty-four hours is realistic; from London, twenty-four to forty-eight hours because of crew duty times and the evening closure at Providenciales, though we have done it faster.
About 1 hour 40 from Miami, about 1 hour 45 from Palm Beach, about 3 hours 10 from New York, about 3 and a half hours from Boston, about 3 hours 40 from Dallas, and about 10 hours from London with one stop. Non-stop from London in an ultra-long-range jet is about nine hours.
Most nationalities enter visa-free for up to ninety days, and customs and immigration are cleared on arrival at the private terminal at Providenciales. Passport details go to the handler in advance. There is no US preclearance, so on the way home you clear customs at the first US airport. We confirm what you need when we book.
Christmas and New Year, when villas and jet parking at Providenciales are booked months ahead; Presidents' Day weekend and half term in February; spring break and Easter in March and April; and Thanksgiving weekend. On those dates we book the parking with the flight and hold an overnight in Miami as the fallback for the aircraft.
