Verify the recipient through that channel before sending anything. And keep verification and settlement as separate checks: the blockchain transfer proves a payment; the written itemisation proves what you are paying for.

Handover, in London or wherever you are

We are based in London and arrange purchases for clients worldwide. Collection in person, or fully insured, signature-only delivery, is agreed for the watch and destination, with insurance and any import responsibility set out beforehand.

We will not invent service history, we will not quote timing we cannot keep, and we do not give tax advice: spending crypto can be a disposal for tax purposes in the UK and elsewhere, and that is between you and your adviser.
