Four days, one itinerary

The Super Bowl is not a single afternoon. It is a four-day convergence of sport, music and society, and the city that hosts it becomes the most coveted address in the country. Your weekend begins when the cabin door closes: the car is on the ramp at Hawthorne, the suite is held, and the evenings between are arranged around you rather than the other way around.

One advisor coordinates the flight, the ground, the seats and the hospitality as a single moving part, from wheels up to the final whistle and the slot home.

Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft, not per seat, in the smallest cabin that flies the leg comfortably, into Hawthorne where the runway allows and LAX or Van Nuys where it does not. Flight, crew and fuel included; game-weekend parking, handling and the slot reservation are quoted once we know your dates. Where a full route page exists, the city links to it.

Private jet airports for SoFi Stadium

Six airports take private flights into the Los Angeles basin, and for the Super Bowl the choice is a trade between the drive to Inglewood and the size of the aircraft. Hawthorne is three miles from the stadium and takes light and midsize jets; LAX, four miles away, takes everything else. Van Nuys is the hub of the weekend and the furthest from the gate.

Suites, parties and the halftime stage

The match is the centrepiece. The access around it is what guests remember: club-level seating, the invitation-only parties that run Thursday to Saturday, and a clear path between them. We secure the seats, curate the evenings and clear the friction that separates spectators from guests of honour.

How the weekend runs

Host cities strain under record demand on game weekend. Knowing which day does what is most of the planning.

  1. Thursday Arrivals begin Ramps at Hawthorne and Van Nuys start to fill and the first parties open. Landing on Thursday still leaves a choice of parking and hotels.
  2. Friday The party circuit Reservation windows are in force at every private airport in the basin; the evening has three or four invitations competing for the same hours.
  3. Saturday The busiest inbound day Every ramp runs at capacity. The concierge holds the dinner table and the after-party, and the car is confirmed for the morning.
  4. Sunday Game day A flight restriction zone sits over the stadium and the roads around Inglewood close in stages. The car leaves early; kick-off is in the late afternoon, Pacific time.
  5. Monday The departure wave The busiest day of the year for business-jet departures from a single city. Each aircraft leaves in its reserved slot; we book yours with the arrival.

Concierge, from the ramp to the suite

Two teams, one standard. Everything beyond the flight is anticipated, arranged and confirmed before you ask.

01

The hotel

Suites at the host city's most sought-after addresses, secured early and matched to the party.

02

The tables

Restaurant bookings held for the whole weekend, with the security arrangements that high-profile guests need.

03

The slot home

The return departure is reserved with the outbound, so Monday morning is a drive to the ramp and not a wait for a gap.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private jet to the Super Bowl cost?

Indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft start at about $6,500 from Las Vegas in a light jet, about $8,500 from San Francisco, about $17,500 from Dallas, about $28,000 from Miami and $30,000 from New York in a midsize jet, and about $125,000 from London in a heavy jet. Once the finalists are known in late January, expect a fifth to a third on top and fewer aircraft to choose from. Game-weekend parking, handling and the slot reservation are quoted with your dates.

Which airport is closest to SoFi Stadium?

Hawthorne, three miles and about ten minutes from the stadium, for light and midsize jets. LAX is four miles away and takes heavy and ultra-long-range aircraft through private terminals on the south side of the field. Van Nuys, Long Beach, Burbank and John Wayne are further out and the right choice when the hotel is in Beverly Hills, Orange County or the hills.

When should I book a private jet for the Super Bowl?

As early as the dates are fixed. Aircraft based in California sell out weeks ahead, the good cabins are gone by the conference championships in late January, and Hawthorne's ramp is reserved before that. A booking in the autumn secures the usual rate, the airport you want and the return slot.

Do I need a slot to land in Los Angeles on Super Bowl weekend?

Yes. The FAA runs a reservation programme for private arrivals and departures at the Los Angeles airports over the weekend, and a flight restriction zone sits over the stadium on game day. Parking is reserved separately at each airport. We book the arrival and departure reservations with the aircraft, so they are never left to the last week.

Can you arrange tickets, suites and hospitality as well as the flight?

Yes. Club-level seats and suites with private catering, the receptions and parties around the game, hotel suites, restaurant tables, chauffeured transfers and personal security are arranged by the same advisor who books the aircraft, as one itinerary.

Can I fly home straight after the game?

Yes, with a departure reservation booked in advance. Hawthorne and LAX are the practical choices for a late departure, because Van Nuys, Burbank, Long Beach and John Wayne restrict noise after 10 pm. Most guests fly on Monday, which is the busiest departure day of the year for business jets; a reserved slot is what makes it a drive to the ramp rather than a wait.

Can I pay for the charter with crypto?

Yes. Bank transfer in any major currency; crypto also accepted. Tell us your preferred coin and we confirm the network and payment instructions with the contract.
