Blue on rose gold, and an integrated gold bracelet that is most of the work.

This is the 5990 in 18 ct rose gold: the same flyback chronograph and travel-time movement, the same two pushers on the left flank that move local time in one-hour steps, in a case and integrated bracelet made entirely of gold.

The bracelet is where the cost actually goes. An integrated Nautilus bracelet is not a strap attached to a case — it is part of the case design, with every link finished to the same alternating brushed and polished standard as the bezel. Doing that in gold, on a watch that already carries two complications, puts this reference in a different bracket from the steel version entirely.

The blue dial against rose gold is the pairing people picture when they ask for this watch. Tell us if the dial colour is fixed, because the reference has been offered with more than one and that changes what we can find.

Other Patek Philippe watches requested

Each page is a guide to the reference and how we source it, not a listing. If yours is not here, ask anyway.

Sourced to your brief, itemised before you decide

Nothing on this page is stock. A complicated Nautilus in gold on a gold bracelet is a small-production watch, found through the network.

The brief

The dial colour, and whether the gold bracelet is the requirement or whether a strap version would do. Say if a full set with the Certificate of Origin is essential.

Availability and timing

Confirmed for each request. Gold Nautilus chronographs appear irregularly and we will say plainly what is realistic rather than quote a date.

What accompanies the watch

Original box, Certificate of Origin, booklets and any additional links are itemised for the individual watch we propose.

Condition and documents

Condition of the gold bracelet is the detail that matters most here — stretch, link wear and any polishing — and we set it out alongside originality, service history and verification arrangements.

Every request begins with a conversation: in London, or wherever you are.

Four steps, no pressure

  1. Brief

Send the reference by WhatsApp or the form, with the dial, set and timing that matter to you. A collection or a style is enough to begin.

  2. Source

We go to our network rather than a boutique list, and come back with what is realistic on availability and timing before you commit to anything.

  3. Verify

Condition, documents and what accompanies the watch are set out in writing for the individual piece we propose. You decide with the details in front of you.

  4. Settle and deliver

Bank transfer in any major currency, or crypto. Collection in London or fully insured delivery, agreed for the watch and the destination.

Frequently asked questions

How does this differ from the steel 5990?

The movement and complications are the same. The case, bracelet and clasp are 18 ct rose gold rather than steel, which makes it heavier, considerably rarer and a different watch to own.

What should I check on a gold integrated bracelet?

Stretch between the links, wear at the pins, and whether the watch has been polished in a way that has softened the edges between the brushed and polished surfaces. We report all three for the individual watch.

Can the bracelet be swapped for a strap?

Not on this reference. The bracelet is integrated into the case design rather than fitted to lugs, which is why Patek sells strap and bracelet versions as separate references.

How long does it take to source one?

It depends on the configuration and how specific the brief is. We tell you what is realistic at the start rather than quote a number we cannot keep.

Can I pay in crypto?

Yes. Bank transfer in any major currency, or crypto; Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum, USDT and other major coins and stablecoins are accepted. The coin, network and amount are confirmed with you before any transfer.
