Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/1A-014
Stainless steel · olive green dial · integrated bracelet · 40 mm
The green dial Patek made for a single year to close the steel Nautilus out. The most requested watch we are asked for that nobody can order.

A one-year dial on a reference that was already impossible.
Patek announced the end of the steel 5711 in 2021, then released this — an olive green version of the same watch — as the send-off. It was produced for a matter of months. The steel Nautilus had already been the hardest watch in the industry to buy at retail for the better part of a decade; making a farewell dial and then stopping did not calm anything down.
The watch itself is Gerald Genta's 1976 design, essentially unchanged in silhouette: the rounded octagonal bezel with its two hinges at the flanks, the horizontally embossed dial, the bracelet integrated into the case rather than attached to it. Inside is calibre 26-330 S C, self-winding, with a sweep seconds and a date.
There is no list to join for this one, because there is nothing to join a list for. It exists only on the secondary market, and what you are buying is a specific watch with a specific history. That is where our work actually is.

Each page is a guide to the reference and how we source it, not a listing. If yours is not here, ask anyway.
Sourced to your brief, itemised before you decide
Nothing on this page is stock, and there is no retail route to this reference. It is found or it is not.
The brief
Whether only the green dial will do, or whether the blue 5711/1A-010 or the 5811 that succeeded it are open to you. Say if a full set with the Certificate of Origin is essential.
Availability and timing
Confirmed for each request. This is one of the few references where we will tell you at the outset that it may take months, because it will.
What accompanies the watch
Original box, Certificate of Origin, booklets and any additional links are itemised for the individual watch. On this reference the paperwork is not optional in practice.
Condition and documents
Condition, originality, service history and verification arrangements are set out in writing. Given what this reference trades for, we expect clients to want independent authentication and we arrange it.
Four steps, no pressure
-
Brief
Send the reference by WhatsApp or the form, with the dial, set and timing that matter to you. A collection or a style is enough to begin.
-
Source
We go to our network rather than a boutique list, and come back with what is realistic on availability and timing before you commit to anything.
-
Verify
Condition, documents and what accompanies the watch are set out in writing for the individual piece we propose. You decide with the details in front of you.
-
Settle and deliver
Bank transfer in any major currency, or crypto. Collection in London or fully insured delivery, agreed for the watch and the destination.

Frequently asked questions
Can the 5711 be bought from Patek Philippe?
No. The steel 5711 was retired in 2021 and the green dial was its final run. Every example now changes hands privately, which is where we work.
What replaced it?
The 5811/1G in white gold, introduced in 2022 at 41 mm. It is the continuation of the design rather than of the reference, and it is a different watch in a different metal.
How do you verify a 5711?
Case and bracelet finishing, dial and hand originality, the movement, and the Certificate of Origin against the watch. Given the values involved we assume you will want independent authentication, and we arrange it rather than ask you to.
How long does it take to source one?
It depends on the configuration and how specific the brief is. We tell you what is realistic at the start rather than quote a number we cannot keep.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes. Bank transfer in any major currency, or crypto; Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum, USDT and other major coins and stablecoins are accepted. The coin, network and amount are confirmed with you before any transfer.
Tell us the watch you have in mind
An exact reference or an idea is enough to start the conversation. We will take care of the search and discuss the options with you.
