Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for the UAE?
UK, EU and US passport holders receive a visa on arrival, cleared inside the private terminal in a few minutes. For other nationalities we confirm the requirement when we book and send passport details to the handler in advance.
Which airport should I use in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
Al Maktoum carries most of Dubai's private traffic and has the easiest slots; Dubai International is closer to Downtown and DIFC at a higher fee. In Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen is the dedicated business airport ten minutes from the Corniche, with Zayed International for the largest cabins. Each destination page compares them.
Can I fly to a Middle Eastern city that is not listed?
Yes. Riyadh, Doha, Muscat and Jeddah are regular requests. Tell us where you want to land and we will come back with the airport to use, aircraft options and a price, usually the same day.
Can I pay for the charter with crypto?
Yes. Bank transfer in any major currency; crypto also accepted. Tell us your preferred coin and we confirm the network and payment instructions with the contract.
